CF7 do not send from mobile devices

Just realised that there is an issue with all CF7 plugin versions. It hasn’t been fixed for 2 or more years.
As the laptops and desktops works fine, CF7 do not send emails from mobile devices unless you put define(‘WPCF7_LOAD_JS’, false); in wp-config.php.Is it possible to fix this? it should be quick fix for you. Thanks!

Ik heb dit probleem ook, vanaf laptops en desktops gaat het goed maar vanaf tablet of telefoon lukt het niet zie site https://www.haus-lindbichler.at
