What email settings do you have in the Mail tab panel?

Hi, I’ve them as follow:

To- [email protected]
From- [your-name] <[email protected]>
Subject- You got a message “[your-subject]”
Additional headers- Reply-To: [your-email]
Message body- From: [your-name] <[your-email]>
Subject: [your-subject]

Message Body:
[your-message]

Do you see any error response message?

No I don’t. It actually says message sent successfully.

I’ve also tried [email protected] and my normal Gmail
and both also shown sent successfully.

Do you receive email if you change the To address to another one not belonging to the @meigae.co or @meigae.co.test-google-a.com domain?

Yes, I’ve tried my normal @gmail.com email or @gmail.com.test-google-a.com too but received nothing.

See FAQ > I see a response message “Thank you for your message. It has been sent.” with green border, but I never receive a mail for that.

Have you checked Spam folder?

Yes I have!!! I’ve done the research before I approach for the post here.
