CF7 doesn’t send emails

  • Hello everyone,

    I am suing contact form 7 on 5 websites which are hosted on OVH and I am receiving emails via CF7 from 2 websites only. All of them have the same WP version and generally same plugins. The 3 others CF7 doesn’t send any emails and I doubt because they have a same host the other websites are seperated. However I installed flamingo to see if I am catching messages or not, yes I am catching messages but they are not sent to my email. I used gmail, yahoo, my websites emails and different ones still haven’t received any email. I asked ovh and they told email service is activated and you should ask CF7 I also asked to have SMTP credentials but they said that I don’t need that.

    Any clue about this ?
