    Buongiorno,

    Grazie

  • Hello,

Rental product are not included by default in WooCommerce Core, you will need an extension for that, for example, the WooCommerce Bookings or Rental Products.

Let me go back to your original question (Translated into English):

...I should however make sure that once I click submit automatically create an order on woocommerce so that registered customers see the progress of their practice (processing, completed or cancelled) This is possible?

This is certainly possible, I am assuming that you have a booking and CF7 plugin installed, then yes, you can create rental products, you can manage the orders that will have several statuses, e.g. processing, completed, etc.

If I misunderstood something or if there are any questions, let us know.

Good morning, thank you for your reply, I’ve already tried these solutions but they don’t suit my case, my form includes custom fields and formulas to determine long term rental, with additional packages, I agreed it was better to create it from scratch by hand, the only point where I stopped is the order creation.

Make the [submit] button create the order directly in woocommerce, without going through the shopping cart.

    I will explain the flow

    1. the customer fills in the form and customises the offer
    2. uploads the necessary documentation
    3. digitally signs
    4. click submit (the order is automatically created)

<span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>[Submit] has 2 functions submit the form and create the order</span>

    is this possible?

The site is still a test and you can see it at the link

    Hi @guglielmirent

Thanks for providing further information about your use case.

This is a fairly complex development topic that would require customization to do it. Since custom coding is outside our scope of support, I am leaving this thread open for a bit to see if anyone can chime in to help you out.

For questions related to development and custom coding, your best bet is to ask on any of these channels for support. We’re lucky to have a great community of open-source developers for WooCommerce, and many of our developers hang out there, too.

    Hope this helps!

Could one think of making a multistep product? If so, how could one set up the antique that a customer wants to give? Are there plugins that could do this job? Thank you

    Hi,

That sounds like you are looking to implement some type of order progress bar, you can check this forum thread to see if it fits your needs.

how could one set up the antique that a customer wants to give?

I’m not sure if I am understanding this part, feel free to provide us with more details to point you in the right direction.

    Best.
