CF7 email not sending

I have been using CF7 for years and never had a problem. I was wondering why i’ve not been receiving any emails from any of my contact forms recently and I just discovered that It is not sending them through to my email. I have tried several different emails and the form says the message was sent successfully. this particular contact form has worked in the past when tested. I can confirm that the messages do send and I can view them with the flamingo plugin. I’m just not getting an actual email. I’m running version 5.1.7.
