CF7 form not sending to payment gateway

I tried getting the form to work, but to no avail. It is not sending me to the payment gateway. I took the code for the form from another post here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/cf7-form-not-going-to-payment-screen/

The whole code in the backend looks like this:

Naam * [text* your-name]

Telefoonnummer * [tel* your-tel]

E-mail * [email* your-email]

Kies uw weekend [select* prijsveld pronamic_pay_amount “Maak een keuze” “Yogaweekend Charneux (€395,-)|395”]

Kies een betaalmethode

[pronamic_pay_method* method “iDEAL|ideal”]

Kies uw bank [pronamic_pay_issuer* pronamic_pay_issuer-284]

[submit “Ga door naar betalen”]
