    this issue is fixed in the latest version 1.2.0.

    Hi,

    The free_text checkbox doesn’t show label at all.
    I fixed it for myself by editing line 111 in bootstrap-for-contact-form-7/modules/checkbox.php by adding $labels[ $key ] in front of the input.
