CF7: How to add space in same line; unbold font & add small text area

Please give me suggestions of what the full code would look like since I don’t know exactly where to paste in the suggestions if they are not in the right place in the code that is already there. Thank you in advance!

(1) The first part I need help with: I would like to add some space in the same row between the question “Will you need a statement…” and the checkbox yes/no. What code can I use to do this in Contact Form 7?

CURRENT CODE FOR THE FIRST PART OF MY TROUBLESHOOTING:

(2) The second part I need help with: I would like to unbold the font in the line “If yes, what insurance carrier….” What code can I use and where can I paste it in?

(3) The third part I need help with: I would like to add a very small text area in the same line right after the radio option “Other:” I’d like the text spot to fit in the same line.
