CF7 mail body suddenly missing content

Good afternoon – I have been using CF7 great for a number of months and I use it in conjunction with the ultimate add-ons plugin and CFDB7.

The contact form is setup for submitting sport teamsheets and uses conditional fields which expand when you click yes for them as an option.
So if the score is greater than 0 then the user can enter player’s names into the textbox that appears.

Basically after recently updating the CF7 plugin I have noticed that the email body is suddenly missing this conditional field information. The user’s enter the conditional information but when the mail sends this additional information is not in the mail body but it is contained within the generated pdf and is saved correctly to CFDB7 database on the website

It only appears to be affecting the conditional fields – all other form fields for text etc are fine and it is only affecting the actual mail body – the pdf and database show this information.

I haven’t amended the configuration of the form for months – nothing has changed for the form fields at all.

Any ideas ?
