CF7 Mails not working

    Hello,

    We are using this plugin & we are using sendgrid service. We are having issue with contact form 7 mailing. Our all Emails are working but only Contact Form 7 emails are not working.

    Can you tell us what is the issue? We need urgent help with this.

    Thanks for reaching out. When you get a chance, please check the ‘From Email’ in the WP Mail SMTP Settings and Contact Form 7 email settings. The ‘From Email’ must match and should be specific to your domain you’ve verified with Sendgrid. Alternatively, you can check the ‘Force From Email’ option underneath the From Email in WP Mail SMTP settings.

    Could you please confirm if you’ve authorized your domain with Sendgrid? Please see ‘Authenticating Your Domain in SendGrid’ in the documentation. If you’ve already done this, and have the domain-specific ‘From Email’ in the Contact Form 7 settings, you might need to contact form plugin support about the issue with your forms.
