cf7-mch-ext.php has been deactivated

Every site that I manage which uses this plugin currently has the plugin disabled (happened on 8 different sites).

It seems that an update has failed because all of the sites are showing this error on the plugin page:

The plugin contact-form-7-mailchimp-extension/cf7-mch-ext.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

Clicking enable will enable the plugin again.

I’ve resolved the immediate issue so this isn’t a support request but it is a heads up for the community if they are seeing problems.
