    HI there,

We have integration with Sendingblue on multiple forms and have created different lists and Sendinblue email templates for each form.

We encountered a problem with automated emails when the contact already exists in one of the lists, e.g.

    – When a user makes a forms submission on form-1, an automated email is sent from Sendinble (as it should).
    – When the same user with the same email address makes a submission to Form_ 2 the Sendinbule email is not sent. (it works if they imput a different email address)

So my guess is, is the email address already exists in any of the lists on our Sendinble account, these from submission auto-reply emails do not get triggered.

Sendinblue sutort directed me here, so please, advise how this can be fixed.

    Many thanks!

Yes, a new contact request will not update the existing contact with the same email by default.

    HI, Takayuki

    Thanks for the reply!

When you say ‘by default’ you mean there is setup that can allow us to do that right?

I wonder if there a way to bypass that on the plugin level or we need to play with Sendinblue setup or API.

Can you please advise on this?

It is customizable with a wpcf7_sendinblue_contact_parameters filter. Use it at your own risk as the feature is provided for developers.
