    Hi

    My cf7 form is getting successfully submitted but we not receving in our gmail and Microsoft account.

    Then i try this plugin
    Sent Test email and I get success
    Your message was delivered (76 ms) to the SMTP server! Congratulations ??

    but I am not getting the Test email also.

    Could you please help!

  • Hi Sri,

    What SMTP server are you using? I see that your domain’s MX is set for Office 365, and I did also notice that your SPF records aren’t quite right.

    Your record:
    include:outlook.com

    Should be:
    include:spf.protection.outlook.com

    I would also recommend changing ~all to -all for best results.

    We had changed our SPF records as you suggest, but still no luck

    We not receiving mails to gmail

    Website Server: Bluehost
    Smtp Server: office365

    please let us know, what is the problem

    Your PostSMTP is not configured correctly for Office 365. Please see my post below for the correct settings:

    I followed your configure then contact form is not submitting getting error
    “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

    Hi Sri,

    I notice that you have have got Prevent plugins and themes from changing this enabled. Is the email address you are sening from exactly the same as it is configured in Office 365?

    Exactly the same mail id we are using in smtp,message and cf7 settings. Which we configured in Office 365

    Hi Sri,

    When you attempt to send a test email from the PostSMTP settings – what message does it give you there? This will be a different error to what you see on CF7.

    and try to Send a Test Email: To Gmail id i got below success message but not received mails to my gmail

    and try to Send a Test Email: To Gmail id i got below message

    Hi Sri,

    Please run a connectivity test to smtp.office365.com and let us know whether the connectivity test can see the 365 server on port 587.

    ? ?? Port 443 can be used with the SendGrid API.
    ? ?? Port 443 can be used with the Mailgun API.
    ? ?? Port 587 can be used for SMTP to smtp.office365.com.
    ? ?? Port 443 can be used with the Mandrill API.
    ? ?? Port 25 can be used for SMTP to smtp.office365.com.
    ? Port 465 is open, but not to smtp.office365.com.

    Hi Sri,

    Could you check with your hosting company please? It seems like there might be some kind of firewalling issue here. It is particularly odd that the connectivity test can see the 365 SMTP server okay, but it cannot open the socket when you run a test.

    Please let us know what they say.
