I have a intake form for a Dog Daycare that I need to have space between certain sections or maybe even a dividing line. But I don’t know how to achieve it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

previews are not visible for non-logged users, so your link above does not work.

Anyhow, this is a simple css problem for which you can find plenty of examples on the net.

You have 2 approaches, either use css borders style for the top border or bottom border of a full width div.row in your form; else you can also create an empty full width row and use a background image to create a separation.

    Hello,
Thank you for your response. I have published the form so you can see it. Here is the link.

I’m totally lost. I can’t even get a send button to work.

I checked your form last night and it was working form me.

This morning, only the shortcode appears.

I can’t even get a send button to work.

did you check your console for javascript errors? Most of the front-end issues with forms not working are related to js script errors, so you need to inspect your page and check your console.

I don’t get any information emailed back to me.

so the send button is working? Do you get a submission confirmation msg ?

If you do and you are not getting emails, then the issue is either with your mail configuration or with your backend which is has en error. Did you debug your wordpress installation to see if you have any errors reported?

I don’t know how to configure the “mail” tab to get it to work properly. I am not a coder and I have spent countless hours with NO progress to get this to function.

It not the form that I am having problems with. It’s the “Mail” tab. I don’t know how to set it up so I receive the information back after the client fills the form out.

How about if I give you temporary access to my wp-admin page?

please never say this in these forums, it will attract the wrath of the gods of WP ??

This plugin has not effect on the mail tab. So setting up the mail is something you need to ask on the CF7 plugin support forum, or you can also ask in the stackoverflow forum.

If you wish to engage my help, please read this post.
