CF7 Tag Manager integration issue

  • Hi people,

    Since couple of weeks ago my form submission event tracking via Tag Manager stopped working completely and I can’t find the reason nor fix it no matter what I did.

    Does anyone have working latest version of plugin & wordpress setup which works?
    I’d need help or hint on what may be the issue.

    Until now, i called Universal GA tag to send event with arbitrary action/data/label data which is triggered by Form ID submit on specific page URL (I have 15 different forms on 15 different landing pages) so whenever event (form submitted successfully) is triggered, I see event in GA realtime report immediately.

    Coupld of days ago I noticed that my conversions report in GA does not show any coversions/goals so I tested couple of forms and none of them does not trigger this event when subitted.

    Anyone else having the same issue?
