• Hi,

I have clearly followed all the instructions to install and set up properly this amazing plugin but all the mailing tests I have done are always ending up in Spam folder, which is pretty annoying for application forms with files attached.

    – I have set up recaptcha which seems active on the website but never appears at the end of the form when completed.

    – My website is secured https

    – The theme I’m working with is Business Lounge with very few plugins:

    Contact Form 7
    Cookie Notice
    Loco Translate
    Polylang
    Post My CF7 Form
    UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore
    WPBakery Page Builder
    Yoast SEO

Any idea how to fix this up?

Thanks a lot for you help!

    Regards,
    Bertrand

  • i`m having a different issue..

recaptcha V3 doesnt see spammers anymore… so i get spam everyday

had to switch to recaptcha V2 the check in box to fix this

there is a plugin that adds the V2 version back to contact form 7
