CFDB image

Hi,
i am using the editor .. and i am very satisfied.
But one question: in my CFDB are also entrys with images.
They are updoladed with a fs contact form and now embedded.

How can i manuallys exchange these images??
I can easyly exchange oder edit text .. but how can i do it with images??
