Hi there Mike,

Big fan of CFDB – have not had a problem until today when a spreadsheet that I setup on Google Doc suddenly threw an error and are not displaying the live data.

I tried exporting to an Excel Internet Query – after I opened the file and entered the credentials (yes, I’m sure I got it right) this is an error that Excel spewed (https://i.imgur.com/dXMKSWL.png)

I totally have no idea if this is just me or does this happen to everyone else? As far as I know, no one made changes to the site and a week ago the Google Doc was still working fine.

Would be great if there’s a solution to this ??

Also this is an error from the Google Doc Spreadsheet if it might help in any way…

Request failed for https://www.houseandlandpackagecentre.<?>/wp-login.php?redirect_to=wp-admin/admin-ajax.php%3Faction%3Dcfdb-export%26form%3DHLPC%2BContact%2BForm returned code 404.

The “<?>” in your URL looks suspicious. Check your WP Site URL setting in the admin page, Settings -> General

PS, when I nav to https://www.houseandlandpackagecentre.au/ in my browser, I get a 404, and google asking me if I meant: “https://www.houseandlandpackagecentre.com.au/”

Yes, that’s what I was wondering about as well re: why did the .com.au got substituted by <?>

Ah also the correct url IS https://www.houseandlandpackagecentre.com.au, you missed the .com ;)

Looks like I’m the only one having this problem (judging from the lack of support requests)… the Google Doc error is one thing (might be a WordPress problem) but what bothers me is why would the exported *.iqy returns an error as well, since it queries the database directly? (if I understand this correctly)

IQY I would expect to also return an error because it accesses your site via a URL which is bogus.
