cforms II not showing success/error message

    I use the wordpress theme I bought from https://www.sarah-neuber.de (The Jewelry Shop ecommerce theme)

    My forms for “Tell A Friend” and “Enquiry Form” work well and fine. ( For example here https://gtoystage.com/gtoystage-store/bearbrick/kaws-dissected-bearbrick-400 )
    However my “Contact Us” form seems having problems.

    At the Contact Us page https://gtoystage.com/gtoystage-store/contact-us I can send the message. If I do not enter the required inputs, the message will not be sent to me. The problem here is there is no “success/error” messages appear. Forever “green box”.

    At first I thought I have set up wrongly or miss something therefore causing the errors. Then I try the “Your default form”, same problem. Then I use the “Tell A Friend” or “Enquiry Form”, same things happen. No “success/error” messages appear. So I’m thinking is it caused by the page?
