cformsII and mqtranslate

Hello,
I used to make forms localization of forms with mqtranslate, using something like <!–:fr–>Prénom<!–:–><!–:en–>Firstname<!–:–> in the fileds name.
Unfortunately, it doesn’t work anymore and display only PrénomFirstname. It worked with the old Cforms.
Is there a way to filter these strings before output ?an live example here : https://mfpp-origami.fr/accueil/contact/
