I am also facing same problem, Below are my TAX slab setting;

Country_Code State_code ZIP Citi Rate% TAX Name Priority
IN DL * * 9 9% CGST 1
IN DL * * 9 9% SGST 2
IN * * * 18 18% CGST 3

But in product page all 3 GST are applying

Please confirm your tax settings look like this. State code for you should be DL instead of MH
