CGST & SGST percentage amount calculated different amount

I have install and set up gst woocommerce plugin and while checkout the product CGST & SGST amount calculated and showing different amount with same percentage 2.5%
?390.00 (includes ?9.28 2.5% CGST, ?9.51 2.5% SGST)
Can you please check and let me know how to fix as soon as possible
