    Hello,

I love this plugin so much! With a social menu I am running into a problem: my custom icons (Tidal, Deezer, Etsy) are not showing, instead it shows the chain icon.

I tried adding them in two different ways: as svg from the media library and as a custom font pack (through Fontello). I can select them from the menu settings, they just don’t display. The other icons in the menu are working fine.

Can you tell me how to fix this?

    Thanks in advance,
    Charlotte

  • Hi @underthefeather!

    Thanks for choosing our plugin!

I checked your site and for me those three icons are properly displayed, as you can see here. Let me know if you managed to solve the issue in the meantime.

    Have a nice day!

Hello! They still did not work within the socials menu (which is essentially a secondary section after the main menu with less spacing between the icons). However, I ended up using a workaround: I put the social links in the main menu and used a css override to reduce padding between all menu items. I’m still not sure why the icons won’t appear in another menu. But for now, this works.
