Chain issue – incomplete

    Hi guys,

    After instalation and configuration I still have problem with chain issue – incomplete…
    On google chrome i can work without any problem but for safari it’s problematic page…
    I tried to find solution… but i failed
    On my host provider panel in ssl section i can put only CERT key and Private key. I placed CAbundle on end of CERT key. It didnt help ??

    Hello,

    If your web host provider don’t have option to input Intermediate cert a.k.a CABundle while SSL installation, you will need to contact your hosting support to have the intermediate chain issue resolved.

    Alternatively, you can opt for our Annual Pro license where we take care of SSL installation with correct intermediate chain & automatic SSL renewal.
