Challenge with Lazy Load

We are using Alt Manager quite successfully on mandicasa.com and staging.mandicasa.com. While working to improve site speed we added smush pro which has a Lazy Load option and when we did so, the image descriptions disappeared from all of the galleries.
This first happened when we optimized images using Smush Pro. When we deactivated the plugin, the descriptions came back. The situation also happened when we enabled WP Rocket.
Lazy load is something we need to have in order to get our site speed up. Could you let us know how to resolve the conflict?
(Right now lazy load is off on both site above. Let me know if you need it to be turned on on staging.)

The issue is coming from the mentioned plugins or from the used image shortcode.
So we suggest contacting those plugins support to check possible solutions.
