    I’ve more or less completed the set up of your plugin, but I’ve only been able to test it with test payment details and so I am not sure if the ordering process acts differently when using real payment details.

    Anyway, the challenge for me with the test details is that the order status goes to ‘On hold’ instead of ‘Completed’ when capture is registered. Hope that makes sense.

    Can you confirm if the plugin will change the order status from ‘Processing’ to ‘Completed’ if I use real payment details or if it won’t?

    The reason why it is important to me that it will is that I am using it for selling gift cards and the gift cards won’t be issued before an order has the status ‘Completed’. Ideally, that should happen as soon as the payment has been captured and not when I’ve manually changed the status from ‘On hold’ to ‘Completed’.

    If the plugin can’t currently change the order status to ‘Completed’ then I would suggest that you implement a feature that auto-completes all orders only containing virtual products.

    Hi, @skafte and thanks for the report. Yes, it is correct that the plugin currently requires manually completing orders, but it is on our backlog to perform capture automatically for two-phase payment instruments such as card if the products being purchased are virtual.

    Sorry to follow up on this, but was just wondering if you could let me know if you have an ETA for this?

    It’s just that if it isn’t coming anytime soon, then we’ll have to consider another payment solution as we’ll be selling gift cards, which need to be automatically completed once the payment has gone through. Else the customer won’t receive the gift card and they’ll be sending us e-mails complaining ??

    Sorry, we don’t have an ETA on the feature, but it is planned and will be developed as soon as we find time to do it.
