• I’ve added my infusionsoft API key and Infusionsoft ID (Directly copied and pasted them) but the list dropdown continues to read ” Infusionsoft API Key And Application Name Please Check.” I’ve re-entered several times checking and un-checking the box. I’ve also tried entering my Infusionsoft ID as a 5 digit line item and as the full url but have not had any success. I’ve also tried form submissions with caldera and ninja forms just to make sure but have had no luck. Any suggestions? My website it https://www.kotedarms.com

  • Hi, I’m not sure what plugin you’re talking about, but your infusionsoft app ID is the part of your app URL that comes before “infusionsoft.com”. For example, if your app URL is https://gg123.infusionsoft.com, your app ID is “gg123” (no quotes). Your API key is found in the admin area under the application section near the bottom in the API section. It’s the string of letters following “Encrypted Key:”. I hope that helps you. ??

Hi I’m sorry I didn’t realize that this wasn’t plugin specific. I’m using the “autoresponder” plugin. I used the 5 digit app name and the api key in my admin section but I’m still getting the code “Infusionsoft API Key And Application Name Please Check.” I’ve double check and re-entered both the api key and the app name.

I’m still getting the same error. I know it’s a pretty straight forward plugin in theory but it does not seem to want to connect to Infusionsoft. I’ve tried two different Infusionsoft accounts and tried both Ninja forms and Caldera forms. Any insights?
