Challenges with Touch on Mobile

Hi there,

Thanks for building this wonderful plugin. There are some issues that I am running into while using it on the phone (via touch). I am using iPhone X but I think the issue would occur on any touch device. Here is what happens:
1. You just touch a single word & iPhone has a context menu with “Copy, Lookup, Share” commands. Highlight & Share context menu gets hidden behind the native context menu. (This is a minor issue & not sure if this can be solved.
2. When I select a few lines thats when it gets into problem. Depending on where the selection cursor stops, either one or more of share icons cannot be used. See here for an example of what I mean.
3. Sometimes Highlight & Share menu doesnt disappear even when nothing is selected. It just keeps moving where I touch on the screen. Not sure why?

Overall, its a great plugin but touch implementaton can be improved. I am happy to contribute if there is some guidance available on what needs to be changed & where.
