Change

Hi, i’m using the Spectro WP theme (https://themeforest.net/item/spectro-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/5315742) and I would like to know how I can edit/change the “Select a page” text to something else, as shown in https://gyazo.com/fd453cf85b4bf07d3c54087ffb893c6b. Where can I find this select in the .nav-search div? I could only find the css of this div under styles.css but i have no idea where to change the actual html content. Any help will be very welcome!
