Change a booking

    Hi,
    we are interested in your plugin, and we are wondering if it is possible to change the booking of one customer to another date (recurring event) or another event?

    I guess we will have customers the book as “guests”.

    Just another enthusiastic EM user myself ??
    No, unfortunately it is not possible to “move” a booking from one event to another. So you would have to cancel the old booking and manually add a new one to the new date/event.

    This has been a feature request for quite some time, but not implemented yet. Don’t know if they ever will. ??

    I was just trying something…
    You can (sort of) move a booking to another event, but you would have to do that straight in the SQL database. If you are familiar with that, I could explain it.

    hi,

    at the moment you need to cancel the event bookings and re-create the booking using manual booking which at the moment only available to EMpro (official premium addon to EM free)

    this feature is already been requested in the EMpro forum however no eta yet at the moment.
