Change a name in drop down list in si-contact-form

  • I have several contacts in drop down list in a [si-contact-form form=’1′]
    I want to amend and delete some of the contacts but I can’t find any menu item that will allow me to do this. There’s no Contact Form menu, there’s no plugin menu.
    I can’t even find the text of the names of the contacts anywhere, which I can edit.
    And I can’t find how the names relate to any e-mail address.
    Where can I find my drop down list and how can I edit it?
    (I recently took over this site from another administrator who didn’t cover this on the handover)

    The form works because I get a confirmation e-mail back – but I can’t even find where the text to this is stored, either.

  • Hi, have you checked under Settings? You will find the following plugin FS Contact Form. Once you locate this then check under Basic Settings -> Email Settings -> Email To:.

    Thanks for your response but I really do need more help.
    I don’t seem to have a Settings Menu. Where on earth can I find it?

    All I have is Dashboard, Posts, Media, Pages, Comments, MailPoet, Profile and Tools plust meta slider on the left hand side.

    It’s not under any of these.

    I’m not sure whether the login I use is an administrator one or not.
    I can add posts, add/update/delete pages, add comments, add/remove media, update the profile.

    Is there a way of getting administration privileges?
    How would a plugin be installed and then no settings available to change it?

    Hi, log in to your site and go to Users -> All Users. Check your user name Role. Or if you can’t view all users then check Users -> Your Profile.

    I don’t have the Users menu.
    I don’t have the All Users menu.

    The only thing I can do is Edit Profile but there isn’t any Role based information or fields at all. Only Personal Options, Name, Contact Info, About Yourself.

    Hi, that tells me that your account is not an administrator account. Do you know who created your account? Do you know your website admin?
