Change a Pages template dynamically

I have been tasked with setting up individual pages for each sales person in my organization. For each person there are 3 pages. I created a template page that has the static content on it. Now what I would like to do is make 2 other template pages with the remaining static content and within the users page change templates dynamically based on the link the person chooses.

Ex – Janes website is Mydomain.com/Jane. Initially Janes page was setup to use Template1. Now on template1 I want to have a link to Template2. If the user selects the link for Template2 then I want her page to just change templates but leaving the URL the same (Mydomain.com/Jane) but the content would change dynamically.

This would minimize the management of content an would allow me to move onto some other dynamic things to change phone numbers and other content on the fly.

Does anyone know any ways of changing a pages template to another dynamically?
