change A Record

  • Hi there,

    the bluehost team told me i should contact www.ads-software.com for my problem. I can’t figure out why my website isn’t showing up in my browser is i type it’s name and they told me I need to change my A Record to 162.241.253.111 and also create a CNAME Record: “WWW” record, value: strapsandstreetwear.com

    Can anyone help me I’m really bad at this so I would be more than happy if anyone can assist me.

    Currently, strapsandstreetwear.com points to wordpress.com. As they’re also your domain registrar and host your name servers, you need to contact them for help pointing your domain to Bluehost.

    You should ask WordPress.com Support for details.
