change a single permalink

I have changed the name of a single post on my blog. But the permalink still creates a link with the old title. I’d like to change the permalink of this specific post to reflect the new name.

I understand this is the intended design of permalinks, but i’m willing to risk it for continuity’s sake.

Is there anyway to change the permalink of a single post??
