@eluyendyk, the account management section is missing at this moment. This section will be released in the next upcoming updates. Before this section will be released, please open a p2p support ticket here (https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/support-p2p) and let me know what you want to change, so I’ll process your request asap.

As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
