    Hi evo,

Just so we have a better understanding of the situation, is this issue regarding the admin email notifications about bookings, or is it regarding the reply-to/from email address in the user email notifications about bookings?

Which exact option in the plugin did you change?

    Hi!

I am talking about the sender adresse e-mail that sends the e-mails that goes to the customer who reserve.

The “from” e-mail notification is my previous admin e-mail, and since I have changed it, the plugin is not taking the new one to send e-mails to the customers.

    See the problem here.

That is explaining why the sender is seen as a potential spammer by Gmail, by the way.

    Thanks for the clarification, evo.

In that case, what you can do is use an SMTP plugin, like Ultimate WP Mail or WP Mail SMTP, to add in your own SMTP details for the emails that are sent from your WordPress.

Or, if you happen to be referring to the FROM Email Address Header option that is available via our helper extension plugin, then I will ask that you please contact us via our website (https://www.fivestarplugins.com/support-center/), as discussion of that extension is not allowed in these forums (https://www.ads-software.com/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).

    Hi,

I finally succeed to fix the issue : the admin e-mail was not good on WP -> General settings. I only changed the admin e-mail in my admin WP profile, now it’s OK. thanks a lot!
