Change all page layout size

Not sure that I understand what you mean.
The theme is already 1100px wide.
The content of pages and posts is 660px wide, centered, without sidebars.

If you want images to be larger than 660px inside posts, similar to this: https://demo.ilovewp.com/photozoom/2018/06/21/waterfall-photoshoot-sweden-adventure/, then simply give your images the custom class of “callout” (without the quotes).

I’m not aware of there being multiple locations of doing this, only in the Text mode of the content editor.
