change an adminstrator to subscriber

    I made a new administrator so Sucuri could make some changes. Now I can’t change the role or delete the user. I did try to log on as that user, but it still won’t let me make changes.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    You have to be logged on as a different adminstrator user. You can’t make those sort of hcanges to the account that you’re logged in as.

    Did you try to deactivate Suciri and then make changes for the user role?

    Thanks for answering, but catacaustic was correct. I had to log in as another administrator to change it.
