Change an image based on customer choice

Hi guys,

Im wondering if the following is possible within wordpress:

I would like to change the image of a product based on the choices the customer makes in a form.
For example: you have a pizza builder – when somebody picks topping X, you will see a picture of the base with topping X.

Is this possible within wordpress and what would i need to realise this?
