Change anchor point on custom icon?

Is there a way to change the anchor point on an icon? It defaults to bottom center, as per Google (https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/reference#MarkerImage) but I’d really like to change it to upper left for one of my icons, leaving the rest as-is.

Is this possible?
