Change “Apply now” button

    Good afternoon, I’ve been trying to change the “Apply button” button but when saving the changes, go back to “Apply button” text again. Is this a problem due to not having the premium version? In case I upgrade to premium version, can I display different tables on each site page?
    By the way very good work with this plugin!

    Apologies for the delay in responding.

    I’ve tested this and was able to edit and save the label. I even tried it in different languages and it still worked.
