re-install from scratch….(or restore a backup if you have one)
sorry in that case there’s really no easy way to fix this

as you have managed to change the custom post type and lots and lots of other things. really sorry, but on that occasion i have to give up. ..:(

you could try one more thing (no guarantees)
delete the option ‘wppizza’, ‘wppizza_menu_children’ as well as the option ‘theslugyouused’ and ‘theslugyouused_menu_children’ from the db table of that particulat subsite db.

it will re-install the defaults , but then its just a matter of deleting the superflous default items and categories (if any).
with a bit of luck it will keep all the stuff you did before (although the settings etc have to be redone, but you might just still have all your menu items etc….

just an idea, no warranty I’m afraid

    ok,

in the meantime i’ve updated the plugin so you can change the name in the backend as well as the icon (if needs be).
doesnt help you in your current scenario, but once you’ve sorted out your things , you (and anyone else for that matter) can do the following without hacking around in the plugin

to change WPPizza name in Admin, just add “define(‘WPPIZZA_NAME’, ‘The Name You Want’);” to your wp-config.php

to change WPPizza Menu Icon in Admin, just add “define(‘WPPIZZA_MENU_ICON’, ‘https://path/to/icon.png’);” to your wp-config.php
