    Absolutely dvazbrad,

    Most folks accomplish that with CSS. You can either add a background color to your theme’s CSS file, or create a CSS override by following our themer’s guide: Themer’s Guide. Either way though, you are going to need someone quite knowledgeable in writing CSS to make that happen. Hopefully you know of such a person.
