Change background color

    Hi Josie, thank you so much for this plugin. Had a conflict with another plugin but have taken that off and everything works brilliantly. I would like to change the background color of the form if possible. Our club site is dark with light text. Makes it difficult to read on a the white background of the form. Can you let me know the code to change the background if this is possible.

    Sorry to be a pain. I have managed to change the text color with css so all is now readable and looks great. I’m having a problem changing the color of the heading of the form, just can’t find the code to modify. I can see it uses h2 which on my site it a light blue color so would like to make it darker. Thank you for your help.

    In version 1.0.3 ( with a bugfix in 1.0.4 ) I’ve added some settings for color in the rating scheme.
