Change Background Color

    Hi, you’d think this would be a simple fix, but I can’t figure out how to change my site’s background color.

    Here is the site: https://www.pinkfloydonline.com

    It’s got a grey background right now, and I want to change it to blue.

    Here is the stylesheet:

    But when you refresh the page, it only temporarily “flickers” the color, then goes back to grey.

    Is it using a background image on repeat and I just don’t know where possibly?

    Or any other ideas?
