Change background color of Open Tickets Row

  • How can I change the background color of the rows which contain open tickets on the ticket list page? I need it to be more visible and I don’t see an option and looking at the code there isn’t a class attached to the rows of open tickets. I would like open tickets rows to have a red background and not just the little area that says “open”. Thanks.

    Hello,

    You can change the colour from the appearance setting. Please go to Support > Appreance setting > Ticket list to change ticket list appearance.
