Change background without changing columns background

  • Hi guys,

    I’m working on my wordpress and I want to be able to change the background of my site without changing the background of the following areas: text (post) area, sidebar, banner and menu. The background of these areas have to stay white.

    Can someone help me? Im not good in CSS.

    My site is https://www.fashionwatchers.nl and I’m using the cleanr theme.
