Change Blockquote Styling

I’m in the process of building my site, so it’s not live yet, but I really like the Influencer theme with the exception of the Blockquote styling, which has a really big top and bottom border and a quote arrow. Through custom CSS I’m able to get everything but the arrow off, but I can’t figure out how to do that. I have the CSS available if that would help, but my site’s not live yet so I can’t send anyone that link (you can scroll to the bottom of the theme’s example page to see what it looks like). I contacted the designers and they said that they couldn’t help. Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks.
