Can you please specify your problem? I can’t see PopUp on your site – but I see that it trying to show it, actually – it show only background overlay for me. Also, I see some javascript errors on your theme js file. Can you provide me with screenshot of your problem description?

I’m not sure how to upload an image but if you zoom out when on the website you’ll see the box is down the bottom left, below the footer.

Supsystic? Thank you for supporting your users, but full stop: never ask anyone to post their email address in these forums. Just don’t. Those will get deleted when found and that’s really discouraged here.

If you wish, you can post a contact URL in your plugin sub-forum and the user can use that to contact you.

I’ve emailed the support team again as i need a solution to this problem today. If it can’t be fixed i’ll be happy to use another plugin but really like this plugin.

I’ve decided just to use another plugin which will do almost exactly what this one will do. I couldn’t wait any longer to get the problem resolved, possibly increasing your response time will stop people moving to another plugin.

I understand that you maybe have already installed other solution – but maybe you will be able to send me screenshot there – so we can have a chance to check this issue? As we still can’t reproduce it on any of our test environments.
