Change ‘Categories’ in drop-down menu

  • Hi,
    I’d like a drop-down menu at the top of the page that lists the sites authors.

    I currently use the WordPress ‘categories’ option to provide this (each author has their own category).
    Is it possible to change the label on the menu item from ‘Categories’ to ‘Students’?
